摘要

In search of origin and mechanism of the high-dose high-temperature TLemission with presence of the peak `B` about thirty batches of LiF:Mg,Cu,Pdetectors with different dopants` concentration were produced and comprehensivestudies of their high-dose TL features have been performed. Within each step ofthe research, these characteristics were compared with the high-dose TLproperties of the typical MCP-N detectors` batch highly exposed simultaneouslywith the detectors from batches of varying dopants concentration. We determinedthe effect of concentration of specific dopants on the TL peak `B`. It wasfound that both magnesium and copper are necessary to obtain high-dose TLsignal, however, the important for high-dose TL features seems to be alsoconcentration of phosphorus. In the framework of this study we present resultsof magnesium and copper concentration changes to the TL signal after high-dosesof electron radiation.
